      Pros

      Excellent benefits that include dental, medical, vision, and coverage. Can be used anywhere as long as in network.

      Cons

      Lacking opportunities and many stories of payroll nightmares, staff untrustworthy, and the list goes on. People were not being paid on time, delayed payment, you pay for your own back ground check, etc.
