      Can't accept tips. They want full availability of your week, yet you get inconsistent scheduling. The only way to grow is to be fake, management is terrible.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
