If you are starting your career and don't know what to do, this could be a place to "figure things out". If you are also a very senior person and would like to pivot to something more of a startup/scaleup environment with plenty of autonomy and freedom, this can also be for you
Cons
The pay is incredibly low and doesn't even come close to what the market gives. "Impact" is a word that is very loosely thrown here and there. Motivation internally is also very low
