Pros

None that I can think of, the whole experience was traumatising and had long lasting effects

Cons

Throughout my tenure of working at NRL, I encountered persistent bullying from certain staff members which in turn created an unbearable work environment. Despite my best efforts to seek support, the issue was not adequately addressed by management and the issue of bullying only got worse. I was completely dedicated to my job, however I was not trained from the start and had to self teach myself the role, mistakes and queries would be reprimanded. A series of life events got in the way of my work resulting in me having to take some leave, I was later let go because of this, in which the dismissal process was not properly followed. The dismissal was humiliating and patronising, where my manager announced I was leaving with immediate effect to the entire team whilst I was collecting my things. My overall time at NRL has left a damaging effect on my mental health, and it has taken a long time to put it into words. To anyone thinking of applying to this role, please note that there are long days of non stop cold calling people, unrealistic targets to meet and improper training.

We're pleased you feel you work for a great business. We can see your location is in the US however, so believe this review has been allocated against the wrong business. We would suggest reaching out to Glassdoor to resolve this, as I'm sure your company will appreciate the review.
