Pros

- You will gain experience by handling tasks from other teams that they are unable to resolve. - You have supportive and good colleagues in your team. - You are able to manage your roster duty within the team, as long as there are no operational issues. - You will gain knowledge on handling issues in different ways, as long as the issue is resolved. - You will become more responsible and serious when managing higher severity level cases.

Cons

- There is no clear workflow, and your actual job scope was not clearly explained when you first joined the environment. - Sometimes you will receive tasks beyond L1 troubleshooting from programmers, technicians, supervisors, or other teams for learning purposes. However, these tasks may not contribute to your KPI. - Management may micromanage by closely monitoring your tasks and repeatedly questioning your job scope. - The handbook is frequently updated without clear explanation, and changes may lead to issues or confusion.

Pros

- Friendly vibes over the non-managements - Friday have extra lunch time

Cons

- Toxic management (family business), consistently feed you with a fake future but never fulfilled their promises - Boss keep buying new cars, but being extremely stingy on the staff benefits / compensations - Free parking have quotas, good luck if you're a new joiner - IPO all money goes to the management, bonus of the year has cancelled, as the staff entitled share option is provided (that you gotta pay for your self), any earning from that is considered you bonus (thanks god its not a loss). - Being loyal rewards you nothing, company just treat you like a replaceable asset - HR only listen to the boss - OT is a norms

Pros

During my time, I get a good staff under me

Cons

My experience reflects serious concerns regarding HR governance, procedural clarity, and internal coordination. Key issues included: 1. Lack of clear policies, followed by retrospective enforcement 2. Interference in operational decisions without proper authority 3. Additional administrative burdens outside job scope 4. Payroll-related issues affecting staff morale and operations These factors created a high-pressure environment and made it difficult to perform duties effectively. I strongly believe improvements are required in HR professionalism, communication, and organisational alignment.
