    Pros

A good name for the CV Nice offices Lots of space

    Cons

Temporary workers are completely secluded from permanent staff, even if their job roles are identical. By completely secluded, I mean, actively not invited to join group chats, lunches, office parties, drinks after work etc. Also not given access to simple things like the printers. Temps are never suggested to apply to permanent jobs and no feedback opportunity is given at the end of employment. Temps were also emailed separately about mistakes that had been made, even though the mistakes were made by permanent staff members. This obviously is confusing and lowers morale.
