Hierarchy, feels like as if working as a telecaller, no employee activities, hardly remember any money spend on employee activity/ trips in last 3 years. You do the job of multiple sales role and multiple products apart from naukri , and the salary you will get is peanuts. Even being quarterly targets, unnecessary pressure is created if monthly commitments are not met, at the end of the day what matters is whether target are achieved in that quarter or not. Very high attrition rate, monthly 2 to 3 people from 50 to 60 strength leave the job. Some Hierarchy should stop treating employees like kids, all employees have their unique ways to work and no one would like interference in their work habits unless required.
