Seems that there's a lot of fake/ghost writers to promote the brand on glassdoor - Anonymous employee Neo Derm Employee Review

I'm seriously concerned seeing so many +ve reviews lately and not telling the truth. As the one suffered before, I see that it's extremely important to stand out and tell the world the truth. Employees are forced to do something worthless, they even really don't have a say. In order to survive, you can only be a follower and keep saying "yes". Otherwise, it's a mis-fit and you would be asked to go, no other voices are allowed except the MD.
