In the time since your comment, we have made a concerted effort to examine the culture in our office and make some changes that have led to a much more positive atmosphere for both employees and customers. As a woman and a member of the leadership management team at New System, I take your comments about not feeling valued and respected very seriously. We have and will continue to communicate to all New System employees, our policies, standards and expectations for teamwork and respectful communication. When these standards are not met, we address the issue swiftly and appropriately. Just as importantly, we are proud to provide competitive opportunities for women in every department including office, production, service and sales.
