Traffic to get to the office is bad.

Investment in company future appears to be top reiority from the executive team. Has been around for 10 years but with the new investment the company feels like a startup. Working somewhere that is on the cusp of booming growth has an excitement to it.

Limited employee count (i think around 300 right now) so the options for movement around the company are much more limited than with the big big competitors with 10,000 employees.
