Pros

They do work with your schedule and can drop from full time to part time if needed.

Cons

Never get two days off in a row, have to work every Holiday not allowed to take time off during the Holidays, must work at least one weekend day. No sick time, they do not accept doctors notes, employees cannot be late or call out more than once per month or you will be terminated.
