Pros
PTO, Positive interaction with direct coworkers on team.
Cons
Initially, I was enthusiastic about joining this company. However, after starting, the company's true culture became apparent. Ineffective internal and external communication led to frustration among clients and colleagues during projects. I worked under three different directors, each with distinct expectations and shifting priorities regarding billable hours. The company now focuses excessively on billing for every interaction, resulting in duplicate charges and budget overruns. Concerns are often dismissed or downplayed, and direct managers have limited authority over their teams, leading to ongoing miscommunication and misunderstandings. Following a recent acquisition, the company experienced significant layoffs. Despite denying these layoffs during a company-wide meeting, upper management has indicated plans to hire new employees. A portion of the workload has been outsourced to India, but insufficient training and experience have caused implementation issues.
