Amazing work environment Amazing People BEST CEO and Management

Cant think of any atm.

The people were mostly amazing - I got to work with people from all across the US and Canada. The diversity was impressive. Lots of opportunities - to travel, learn a new software, learn a new industry (cannabis).

Lack of sufficient documentation - too many assumptions made on business requirement documents for younger consultants to know what was really needed when setting up environments. Grew too quickly - the economic downturn in the cannabis industry in late 2019/early 2020 (pre-Covid) led to them laying off a good chunk of hires with less than 1 year with the company. They continued laying off longer-term employees as Covid hit. Lots of white males in upper/senior management.
