Good for a start in the industry - Customer Service Novotel Hotels Employee Review

Base pay is laughable. Benefits are very slim. Big gap between customer service employees and executive staff (sales, HR, marketing etc). HR is here to do whatever is right for the company and explain it in a “nice” way. Never have your back as an employee.
