    Pros

    Corporate Branch - great business environment - friendly staff - free gym membership & a £5 membership for a partner - not too stressful of a job - weekends off

    Cons

    - can be clicky - few issues with management around accountability and methods of discipline - repetitive - given responsibility without incentive - "Pay or rewards"

    Free gym membership Good staff benefits

    Cons

    No training WHATSOEVER! Just thrown in and expected to hit sales targets. Colleagues pull up system and tell you what it is but no advice on how to use it. No training on processes and left on reception to cover with no idea how to do anything. Expected after only 2 weeks employment and NO training, to know the job inside out and questioned on why not hitting targets!! How about I get some training to support this?
