Pros
There’s been really strong commercial progress recently, alongside exciting technical advances that feel genuinely differentiated. There’s a much sharper focus on commercial strategy and what it will take to scale and deploy the product in the real world with new partners. You get to work with exceptionally smart people who are driven, pragmatic, and willing to roll up their sleeves. It’s a place where people care deeply about outcomes, not just ideas, and you can see the company maturing quickly.
Cons
Budgets are tight at times, so you have to be comfortable wearing multiple hats (pro and con). That creates a lot of opportunity to learn and grow fast, but it can also lead to burnout if you’re not good at managing priorities and boundaries. And sometimes that is very hard to do.
