I have been working at O2 full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Work/Life balance is great
Benefits are great
Home working is great

Cons

Management is an old boys club of the same people making the same decisions and not held accountable for mistakes.

Advice to Management

Time for a shake up

    I have been working at O2 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Staff plans and friends and family discount
    Ability to 'rep' for phone brands in stores

    Cons

    Management has been shocking over the 2 years I've worked at O2. Change managers every few months and our regional leader is more concerned about who he can have fun with at meetings rather than who is capable of the job. No one seems to want to change anything, I'd say quarterly bonus would be a pro but my store doesn't hit it so I wouldn't know.

    Advice to Management

    Everyone needs to be checked thoroughly before receiving a job offer on all levels. I've had managers who have lied on their CV, lied to customers etc.

    I have been working at O2 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    As an apprentice, it was really scary starting in a big company. Everyone is really friendly and caring. I feel so much support from all those around me. They also have great benefits. I was able to pay for my driving lessons through one of the benefits.

    Cons

    I am not able to think of a con.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up. :D
