    Pros

    great people and family culture. Flexible working is also great although the management often forget that its the backbone to our culture when they make changes to the business

    Lots of travel to and from Head office

    I have been working at O2 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Welcoming, Generally good people, initial 2 Day training is good.

    Cons

    -Pay extremely low,
    -Advancement few options and even though you're told that you can do other things within the company the opportunities are few if any at all,
    -Bonus policy is poor as without the store hitting it's targets no one gets the bonus even if an individual meets and exceeds their personal ones
    -Full time staff over time policy.

    Advice to Management

    Revise the pay, bonus and advancement policy. If not some sort of perks for retail.
