      Pros

      Decent pay good benefits and I learned somethings I had not previously known... worked with some good people along the way

      Cons

      Micro managed so bad that everyday was a run around like a chicken with head cut off day..Management made numerous mistakes and always found away to make it their subordinates fault... Company has a bad habit of promoting people with little or no experience to key roles and it reflected in constant daily mass confusion.. This was by far the worst job experience I've ever had in 20 plus years in the oil and gas industry...

      Pros

      Opportunity to influence business decisions. Management strives to improve business and is willing to hear new ideas.

      Cons

      Due to the oil economy, the business is forced to operate with lean staff which increases burden on remaining employees. This situation is expected to improve when the oil economy picks back up.
