Pros

- Media Brand created by Marketing - Tenured group CEO...not OakNorth... - Somewhat compensation at joining

Cons

- everything else - too much politics at top - reviews during tenure is eyewash - If you resign...you will be paid good...else at mercy - Business leaders and leaders think of themselves - No ownership...they put blame on juniors for their strategy failure and will layoff them with excuse of change in strategy...which changes overnight... - overhyped promises - frequent changes - no future - zero on value....#sayitasitis means...don’t say at all...if you say then haha..gone....#oneteam....never practised...#momentum..very true...strategy changes with it...and that too with shortsighted vision......tomorrow is a new day..#GTPW...this was only thing left to make fun of....need to understand having this as value doesn’t make it...listen to people and they will make it..... - one location they let go people and at the same time they start hiring people at other location...

Pros

* Innovative and uniquely positioned fintech - learnt more here in my first 12 months than in my past 6 years in my previous job * Mission-driven company (solving the "missing middle") with incredible client traction * Incredible opportunity and responsibility given, with ability to grow with the company

Cons

* As a growing startup, often doing things for the first time - so requires ability and desire to go beyond scope of role

Pros

- Some of the smartest people you'll ever meet - Extremely hard working people - Ambitious people - Culture of high risk tolerance - will give upstart young players a chance - Extremely competitive nature - can rub the wrong people the wrong way -- can be very fun for others - Outgoing, friendly people (for the most part)

Cons

- Legacy culture is a bit slow moving in its shift without someone really making impact (which has happened of late) - Not the most affirmative confirmation -- not very compliment heavy culture (for the most part)
