Great company, thriving in the sector, growing and lots of job opportunities. Incredible flexible and understanding and accomodating. Offices are incredible and work alongside and for some great leaders and people.

Pay and progression is limited Previous experience doesn't count for much in progressing Above and beyond is only recognised depending on your manager You'll be picking up the scraps and cleaning the mistakes of new employees on the same wage. The route to payrise is at the expense of your personal lives or availability of further study. Access to progression is limited to 1 level up and rarely next to never sideways and then up.
