- Working with some of the best and brightest people who generally care about the mission we're on and how we collectively get there. - An inspiring CEO who is present, visible and accessible. Will speak to anyone/everyone! - Opportunity to progress in the company, there is alway a new next thing in the works and there is a strong culture of promoting from within. - Global business if travel is what you want there is the potential to work in other group organsiations.
Cons
Less easy to identify cons. The one thing I know can be hard if you come from a super structured business or that is how you currently operate, is the level of ambiguity.
