Not as sold. When I first started was told 3 metering jobs per day or 1 EV. within a week of being qualified in EV they were pushing for 2 a day. The whole point I joined was to be able to take my time and produce the best installs and focus on customer service. for the CEO of OES to think a EV install takes 2-4 hours is absolute joke and shows how far out of touch he is with the company would quite happily take him out in Edinburgh with me for a day show him whats involved in a install not to mention whats expected on the certs , where im suposed to find time for bybox, time to get to our electric supplier the list goes on. OES is one of the lowest paid metering companys with no uplift for doing EV and tbh my life was much easier working for a sub contractor. Please avoid
