Very low pay - minimum wage when you start from entry level and are kept on this for a VERY long time. The bonus' are non existent. They don't promote you on your job performance, more on the time you are there. You can get no negative criticism in your reviews - it makes no difference. You only get promoted after 1.5-2years of being there. Certain departments are much more highly favored, and this is where they place all of the employees/money/focus. If you're not in one of those departments, don't expect any focus or help from upper management. You are expected to work long hours and not take lunches, it is looked down on if you don't do these things.
