      It was remote is the only pro

      Cons

      Worked there 5 yrs. Before company got bought out many errors were being made concerning A/R follow up, reported to management and they wouldn’t listen, new management came in and pushed us to clean up mistakes but it was over 20yrs of bad practices, then ultimately outsourced and laid the department off. Company wanted loyalty but gave none back to department.

      Pros

      I left Baptist to join Gastro 1, and so far my experience with the company has been great. The higher up in leadership is extremely nice. The workers are all team group oriented. I have no complains working here.

      Cons

      The company is generous, they make sure the staff have lunch every day.

      Pros

      The pharmaceutical representatives bring lunch all the time. There is an HSA and other decent benefits, and OneGI sends swag.

      Cons

      OnPoint Pathology is incredibly toxic. The communication is terrible, There are people confused about their responsibilities and shifts, No one can shut up about politics, The other histotech is so cheap that I had to go behind his back to get ppe, and fix the staining issues.
