The company used to be good for a short while, with several positive aspects and a decent work culture. Unfortunately, most of those positives are no longer visible in the current state of the organization.
Cons
There are many concerns. The company lacks clear business goals and long-term vision. Expectations are often unrealistic and frequently change. While the company demands hard work, employee leaves and personal time are not respected. Even on approved days off, employees are expected to be available. If you don’t meet unclear or constantly shifting expectations, micromanagement becomes common.
