      A wonderful and professional place to grow and excel. Great client portfolio diversity, and a lot of learning opportunities. Great DNA.

      Compensation isn't bad but isn't great. Career advancements opportunities are limited (small company)

      Pros

      Started at the company when it was smaller, left when it was growing and becoming less casual and startup-esque. As I was leaving, the company was becoming a far better place to evolve as a professional in the world of digital marketing.

      Cons

      Managers can be rough, sometimes internal communication gets a little muddy - kind of a big company dynamic in a medium office.
