The downside is upper management. The recent CFO brought on was hired in haste. She is unqualified for the position she holds. She is highly paranoid and impossible to work with. Her moods vary from day to day. She seems genuine when she asks for you to team up with her and suggests for you to watch each other’s back, but the moment she realized you are more experienced and knowledgeable she ends up stabbing you in the back instead. The level of childishness I experienced working with her was very alarming and unbecoming of a senior manager.
