We all talk to each other, so we know what really going on. We've watched companies steal from their employees and then we basically give the company step-by-step instructions on how to get rid of the person who made the complaint. It's all very passive, "oh-no you can't fire them, only layoffs or eliminating their department or position is legal". We talk to managers about complaints filed against them in a "helpful" way that definitely outs the person who made the complaint. We've watched business owners quietly laugh in the background of an employees termination. They were harassed by vendor, but of course this termination is completely unrelated. We help continue everything that is wrong with work culture. While I understand there are a lot of good intentions, the whole unbiased approach means we actively turn a blind-eye to everything that is wrong in the workforce.
