1. No Projects.
2. Very less increments.
3. No learning as they don't have any quality work to do,as per current industry trends.
4. Go there only if you want to work in a low-paying sales job, to sell some hardware, and if you are not capable of finding something good.
5. Teams like software are not teams, there are only 2-3 people who are always busy without work, and making their own company website n all, as they got no projects.
6. Automation team - In this team people are working, as they can't, get a job anywhere else and management is taking benefit of them, by paying low and asking for more to do.
