Pros
support staff was always available to assist when needed, time off was very flexible and management understood when emergencies came up and allowed for extended breaks. If overtime was needed management would often approve of it and allow overtime to be worked.
Cons
At the time I started I felt like I had come into a brand new fledgling company so the training felt like it was very involved and most of the time force fed. Management made them selves available to assist with any problems or for further training but it felt like it was a bother at times to them. You had to be a MASTER multi-tasker and take quick notes, which it would of been nice if they would of been able to offer further details and examples on how the "experienced" CCMs did this in order to help others gain that extra step. Work loads, at times, were beyond the time allotted to complete them and it seemed like if someone did something wrong they were termed which added extra work for the rest of the work pods.
