Salary always on time. By the 1st or 2nd each month salary gets credited.
Cons
1. No clean washroom. As a female it was really hard to use unhygienic washrooms. There is no washroom for the office employees only. All employees go to the public washroom in that building. That building has more than 20 offices if not less. So do that math! 2. Toxic work environment. I joined with corporate experience and this office's work culture shocked me. 3. Unnecessary taunt, bullying, disrespectful jokes on the floor is very common. It happens by 1 person all the time. 4. Less salary, too much work. Overtime is a normal thing here for which they don't even pay. 5. Night-shift job in an area which is not safe for women. 6. First 1 month will go smoothly as they all behave nicely and professionally until you finish the basic training and join the floor.
