      You could set your own hours.

      Cons

      Management was absolutely the worse. They took us from hourly to salary just so they didn't have to pay us overtime. Toxic environment. No reviews and no raises. Bonuses were eliminated all together. CEO was a narcissist.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, extremely poor management. There is absolutely no room for growth in this company. They have an all sticks and no carrots philosophy.
