I joined recently and was immediately struck by the clarity of mission and the pace of execution. The team is small but extremely strong technically. Feedback is honest, decisions are made quickly, and there’s very little bureaucracy. There’s a high degree of ownership across the company. People are trusted to run hard problems end-to-end, and expectations are high in a good way. The leadership team is transparent about company goals, progress, and challenges. It doesn’t feel political or performative - it feels focused. Lucky to be surrounded by great people working towards a truly impactful mission!

It’s an early-stage startup, so things move fast and priorities can evolve. This won’t be the right environment for someone who prefers a slower pace or heavy structure.
