With any start-up you do expect bumps in the road, so I think the negative review was from an employee that came from a big company expecting everything to be perfect from the start and that just isn't the way it works. Of the 4 start-ups I have been in this has been the most exciting by far. I'm in for the long run.

Long hours, but that is what I expect in a 18 month old start up. The hours are offset by a great CEO that understands and values my work.

Great Concept, but going to be harder than expected to introduce to the area.

Start-up and founders have unrealistic expectations of the sales staff, and have no money unless they get additional funding.
