      A good place to get a variety of work experience

      Low salary, to many responsibilities on the bottom of the pyramid, fast pace, people at leading positions not doing their share of work, bad menagment, no transparency in promoting

      Pros

      Region leader in the pharma field. Large and well established company. Many work benefits, the employee feels taken care of.

      Cons

      Due to its size the company is sometimes slow to change and adapt to current trends. At least in the tech/IT area it feels like the management sometimes gets swayed by incomplete/inaccurate information and then makes an inadequate decision.
