Cons
- Tuas Port is a new port and is a work in progress with their new automated systems. Have to be resilient & able to adapt to new changes.
- Work can be mundane over time as it is repetitive.
- Learning curve can be quite steep for new hirers. & must take initiative to learn more from seniors as they will not spoonfeed.
