You will get good exposure as it is a small company. May get challenging assignments at early stages. Freedom to work is there.
Cons
Work culture is not satisfactory, inspired by public sector enterprises. people carrying too much ego. Salary for some people is not good. Coordination between various departments is not what is expected from a company of this size.
