      Excellent teams and ambience, the benefits are competitive and they are one of the top companies in the Luxury and Beauty market.

      Cons

      Expect only lateral career progression, as the rotation rate is low, it's hard to move to other teams as well.

      Lots of trauma bonding w/ fellow co-workers

      Cons

      Great place to work if you thrive in chaos and enjoy being "part of a family". Need to speak French or Spanish, ideally Catalan, in order to get promoted beyond Director level. People are also promoted based on favoritism vs job acumen.
