Yes, we do not have any traditional health benefits. Like many small businesses of our size with no permanent HR, we're not in a position to be able to offer health benefits. We're clear and transparent about this from the outset and try our best to make up for it with work from home flexibility, unlimited vacations as well as healthy office snacks and a free gym membership. Right wing. Considering the founder of the business is a Syrian-Canadian immigrant and over 40% of the staff come from various minorities, we have to humbly disagree here. We've never tolerated any type of extreme views that infringe on people's freedoms and rights and that will never change. Unprofessional. We can be! In the sense of that we like to unwind, eat, drink, relax together and be more human than a "professional" work environment. This might not suit everyone and we understand that. In regards to your advice about the sale of the business, your advice is appreciated but will not be followed.
