      I do not think it is fair that they are letting the temporary people stay a temporary for more then a year and they made me go full time after 1 year and it is people there that have been there for 5 or more years and still a temporary it is not fair

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
