Fully remote culture, flexibility in work life balance
Cons
since the acquisition of ProfitWell, the company is constantly changing in massive ways. Sr. Leadership has been rotated in and out multiple times in the last year, product strategy keeps shifting, and overall direction seems to be entirely lost or changed without context. It feels like no one in sr. leadership knows what to do and keeps guessing and then changing their mind 6 months later.
