Support and communication, payment for casework items are on par or higher than other contractors.

Work is slim to none these days and they can’t say when it will pick up or go back to normal. You can’t survive on 1 case item every few weeks.

Good pay,good trainers, pay vacations and sick leave.

It's hard to get a good shift that works for you because it's based on seniority.
