- Great people to work with - Beautiful studio/lot - Fun perks - Valuable exposure to industry and learning opportunities

Cons

- Bureaucratic - Hard to see the fruits of your labor - Could use more diversity - At times too political and exclusive - Not enough vegetarian food options on the lot
