      Good coworkers, overtime available if needed

      Cons

      some simpler jobs are payed almost the same as a mixer (not a simple job). More is always expected even with full work load

      Amazing technologies and great people

      Cons

      Still is a corporation in manufacturing, so high turnover rate. Those good people don't stay forever. All with a smaller company budget, so much reluctance to change.
