We take pay accuracy very seriously; our processes are designed to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. If issues ever arise, they are addressed quickly. Our commission structure, including thresholds, is clearly outlined and intended to align performance with earnings, not to withhold pay.
As a remote organization, set working hours and system controls are in place for consistency, security, and compliance, not to create unnecessary friction.
We acknowledge that change can be challenging, especially in a growing company, but those changes are made to improve systems, transparency, and overall operations. The experience described here does not reflect the broader feedback we receive across the team.
