I have been working at Peninsula full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Working at Peninsula is enjoyable, I started a long time ago and have moved up in my role. If you are willing to put in the hard work then you will reap the rewards

Cons

In my time at Peninsula I have always found it to be reqarding and given the perks that the employees get its hard to find a negative.

I worked at Peninsula (Less than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely poor training, worst i have experienced and worked in places like mcdonalds. Expect you to carry out work without having any extensive training.

    Cons

Worst experience of a work place! In 3 months felt isolated and could not even manage to make one good person to get along with.

    Advice to Management

The whole recruitment, on boarding and training procedures need a massive change. Not sat on a table in the break area with richard for 30 minutes and then go do what you are doing. POOR!!
