      The clients are exceedingly happy. The product is strong and the consultants have very deep expertise.

      Cons

      Joined at a strange time, to a new director who was hiring me for a strategic position in sales. The position was an associate level, completely transactional role. I left after 6 months, even though 3 months in I realized I had been duped.

      Good genuine people all over the company

      Cons

      Avoid. Layoffs every time they miss a number. They get rid of top talent for no reason. Always changing but never letting the changes actually play out.
