Pros

Perfect Circuit is a great place for musicians and music lovers to find like-minded people and expand their knowledge of the continuously evolving musical/pro audio market.

Cons

Constant growth and market fluctuations provide opportunities to introduce and implement feedback loops and workflow adjustments. Processes will require improvement to keep up with ever evolving needs so employees will need to be flexible to accommodate changes are needs are defined

Pros

I really liked how at Perfect Circuit, the management cared a lot about helping customers and letting me share my product knowledge. It wasn't all about hitting sales goals or getting paid based on commission. Plus, I got chances to learn new things and switch to different jobs in the company, depending on what I was good at or interested in. I was offered decent benefits, retirement plan & some cool industry related perks. Managers gave a lot of freedom to solve problems between peers and teams without always needing approval from upper management. I met many awesome, like-minded people among my colleagues and would definitely recommend working here.

Cons

I wish Perfect Circuit had stores in more places so there could be job opportunities in other states

Pros

These Pros are based on my personal experience with the company, an are not to be represented as factual claims: - Employee Pricing - PTO - Basic Healthcare Plan - Dental - Previews of upcoming new gear. - *Small pay increases depending on your performance - If you're on the owners good side, a whopping $100 Amazon Gift card each holiday season.

Cons

These cons are based on my personal experience with the company, an are not to be represented as factual claims: - Zero leadership. In the time I worked with the company, I had seen the owner, maybe 20 times. - Poor Morale. This is likely due to again, lack of true leadership, and a fundamental concern that you may lose your job at any moment. This was especially a concern when interviews became more frequent, passwords are changed - and most employees who are there for >2 years would agree there is a general anxiety behind all of that, especially in the showroom. - The co-founder/HR manager also happens to be the owners wife, which is not that shocking for a business that size - but I think is a con because it makes filing any disputes or grievances without concern for your employment with the company impossible. - To my knowledge, this business follows at-will employment, which means they can and will terminate your employment with no reason, or warning/discussion. - There's little to no diversity within the company excluding the wonderful shipping/warehouse crew, who without - the business would not succeed. - Little to no recognition for your work, and are expected to "find something to do" when and if your day is slower than another. Which is great if you are a mind reader, or as they say "Self Starter". - You are expected to wear more than one hat if you plan on sticking around, or seek higher pay.
