      The quality of top leadership. Project ownership. The combination of regional and Nacional challenges. Wide assortment of products (wich makes us be on top worldwide marketing trends in cosmetics, OTCS and luxury brand)

      Cons

      The company features all the pros and cons of being a family company. It's biggest limitation is the reduced price size of the portuguese marketing when compared to multinational ventures.
